በሳውዲ አረቢያ ሪያድ የሚገኘው የትግራይ ዲያስፖራ ከ2,500 በላይ ለሆኑ የትግራይ ተወላጆች ከ3.2 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ የሚገመቱ የአልባሳትና የንፅህና መጠበቂያ ቁሳቁሶች ድጋፍ አደረገ።
ተስፋይ አረጋዊ፣ ተክለብርሃን ገብረሀንስ እና ተስፋ ተካልኝ በትግራይ ጦር ጤና ጣቢያ በህክምና ላይ የሚገኙ የትግራይ ሰራዊት አባላት ናቸው።
እነዚህ ወታደሮች በሳውዲ አረቢያ ሪያድ የሚገኙ የትግራይ ተወላጆች ያላሰለሰ ድጋፍ ማኅበራዊ ችግሮቻቸውን ከማቃለል ባለፈ በቅርቡ አገግመው ወደ ትግራይ ማገገም እንዲሄዱ እንዳበረታታ የተሰማቸውን ገልጸዋል።
በትግራይ ጦር ማእከላዊ ዕዝ የማከፋፈያ ማዕከል ኃላፊ አቶ ተጋደል ወልደሥላሴ ግደይ እንዳሉት ዕርዳታው ለሠራዊቱና ለህዝቡ በአንድነት ያለው ፋይዳ የጎላ ነው።
ልገሳው ከዚህ ቀደም ሲያደርጉት የቆዩት የትግል አካል በመሆኑ ይህ ተጠናክሮ መቀጠል እንዳለበትና ሌሎችም ሊከተሉት ይገባል ብለዋል።
እርዳታውን ለማዕከሉ ያስረከቡት ሙሉ ኃይለ ሥላሴ እና በሪያድ የሚኖሩ የትግራይ ተወላጆች ተወካይ አቶ ጌታቸው ኃይለ ሥላሴ ናቸው።
ለ2000 ወንድ ተዋጊዎች እና 500 ሴት ተዋጊዎች ሙሉ ልብስ እና ንፅህና መጠበቂያ ፓኬጆች በድምሩ 3 ሚሊየን 249 ሺህ ብር ወጪ የተደረገበት እርዳታ በድጋፉ ላይ ይገኛል።
The Tigray Diaspora in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia has donated over 3.2 million birr worth of clothing and hygiene items to more than 2,500 wounded Tigrayan soldiers.
Tesfay Aregawi, Tekleberhan Gebrihans and Tesfa Tekalgn are wounded members of the Tigray Army who are undergoing treatment at the Tigray Army Health Center.
These soldiers expressed their feelings that the untiring support of the Tigrayan community in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has not only alleviated their social problems but also encouraged them to recover quickly and move towards the recovery of Tigray.
Head of the Distribution Center at the Central Command of the Tigray Army, Tegadel Woldeselassie Gidey, said the aid is of great significance to the army and the people together.
The donation is part of the struggle they have been waging in the past and this should be continued and others should follow suit, he said.
The aid was handed over to the center by Mulu Haile Selassie and the representative of Tigrayans living in Riyadh, Getachew Haile Selassie They spoke.
The aid included packages of full clothes and hygiene items for 2,000 male fighters and 500 female fighters at a total cost of 3 million 249 thousand birr.
